  • I have an old mechanical Glashütte Original. Can I still have it inspected?

    Of course, we will be glad to repair older mechanical Glashütte Original models. Visit your official Glashütte Original dealer in person, or contact our customer service department in Glashütte directly - we'll be glad to check the availability of any spare parts for you.

  • How and when should I replace the battery of my Pavonina?

    The battery of the Pavonina is long-lasting. If you notice a definite slowing in the watch, this may indicate the need for a battery change. We recommend only having this done by an authorised Glashütte Original partner, and also getting them to check the watch's water resistance. This will ensure your Pavonina always ticks at the right pace.

  • My watch fell on the floor and has stopped working. What should I do?

    Avoid any further impacts or stresses on the watch, and take it straight to your authorised Glashütte Original dealer. Don't forget to include your watch's completed warranty card.

  • I'm not sure whether or not my recently purchased watch is a real Glashütte Original. Who can confirm its authenticity to me?

    A qualified watchmaker or authorised retailer familiar with our products can determine whether or not it is an original. We recommend only buying Glashütte Original watches from our Glashütte boutiques or an authorised specialist retailer. Every new Glashütte Original also comes with an official warranty card containing all the watch's individual information.

  • What does the international warranty cover?

    We have put together all information relating to our international warranty on this site.

  • My warranty slip hasn't been completely filled out. Will it still be recognised?

    You receive a sales warranty with every new Glashütte Original watch. Please make sure your salesperson fills the warranty form out correctly and completely. Our warranty is only valid if the document has been filled out correctly and completely - including the date of sale.
