  • Brilliant perspectives

The PanoMaticInverse makes no attempt to keep its brilliance hidden: Thanks to the reversals, i.e. the inverse positioning of various components, the sophisticated mechanism's hand-engraved balance bridge and duplex swan-neck fine adjustment can be admired on the dial.

  • Uncharted mechanical territory

To render the inner beauty of a mechanical movement already evident at first glance – with this ambition Glashütte Original's watchmakers set about to redesign the movement. Thanks to their craft skills it is now possible to admire characteristic features of Glashütte watchmaking and decorative finishing on the dial side of the watch.

  • Comfortable sophistication

A 42 mm diameter case frames the hour, minute and seconds display as well as the characteristic Panorama Date. With its automatic winding mechanism and easy-to-read date display this timepiece combines exceptional design, technical sophistication and sensible functionality, becoming as a consequence a stylish day-to-day companion.

A turning of the page

With the PanoMaticInverse, typical Glashütte features that are normally hidden discreetly on the back side of the watch make their grand appearance: the three-quarter plate, for example, or the Glashütte stripe finish, precise perlage, blued screws, the screw balance, a hand-engraved balance bridge and bevelled edges.

Rethinking watchmaking

For the PanoMaticInverse it was necessary to re-think basic tenets of watchmaking: its design was made possible by the inverse positioning of components that can normally be admired only through the sapphire case back.
